Prior to joining Edgeware, Dave was the Portfolio Surveillance Manager of Ciena Capital, a nationwide specialty finance company headquartered in New York, where Dave was responsible for all surveillance functions and a voting member of the company's Loan Committees.

Dave has 20 years of experience in commercial banking with firms such as Bank of America, Wachovia and United Bank in new business development, credit risk management, credit analysis and underwriting, problem loan resolution and workout, loan approval model development, economic, industry and interest rate analysis and forecasting, and process improvement project management.

Dave received a BA in History from Towson University, an MBA from Loyola College, attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and is currently a graduate student in the School of Public Policy at George Mason University.
