SAN DIEGO, California -- August 11, 2003 -- Oscore, Inc., a leading developer of organizational effectiveness scoring technologies, today announced the hiring of banking executive Michael Rozman as Senior Vice President for Marketing. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rozman will be responsible for setting the direction of Edgeware Analytics marketplace strategy and managing the Oscore sales force.
Prior to joining Oscore, Mr. Rozman was JP Morgan Chase's Vice President for Investor Services -- Common Custody Solutions, where he managed $3.5 billion in custody assets. Mr. Rozman's nine years tenure at JP Morgan Chase also included roles in private banking, operations, and training.
In January 2003, Michael Rozman was awarded a dual-degree Master of Business Administration, specializing in Global management, from the Columbia Business School in New York City and the London Business School in the United Kingdom. Mr. Rozman also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Boston College with concentration in Marketing and Finance.
